Sharaine Sibblies is very experienced in trust, estate and guardianship administration and litigation. Ms. Sibblies has experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, mezzanine financing, recapitalizations, joint ventures, general contract review and conducting due diligence. She represents both U.S. and non-U.S. entities in a wide range of domestic and international corporate matters including multi-jurisdictional projects. Ms. Sibblies has represented private and public companies, entrepreneurs and private equity funds in a variety of strategic and financial transactions as well as in corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Sharaine Sibblies in experienced in the registration and updating of franchise offering documents throughout the United States. She assists with the preparation of all the required federal and state-specific disclosure provisions and the contracts necessary to establish, protect and enforce franchised business relationships. Ms. Sibblies maintains the on-going disclosure, reporting and registration renewal needs of clients in strict compliance with all the federal and state laws that govern their franchise, distributor and dealer relationships.
