Carol Green, Esq., the current Vice President of the Caribbean Bar Association, is Of Counsel to delancyhill, P.A. in Miami, Florida. She is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Litigation, Business and Corporate Law. Ms. Green graduated from St John’s University, School of Law, New York, and is a member of both the Florida and New York bars. Ms. Green is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts in Florida as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts in New York.
Her technical specialties include computer software, e-commerce, and business method patents, GPS technology and electromechanical devices. Carol Green currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Fele Holding Corporation, a Company Managed by Isaac Daniel Group, Inc., a technology based engineering firm in Miramar, Florida. Since 2006, Carol Green has been a member of the Miami-Dade College Faculty as an Adjunct Professor in their Paralegal Studies Program.
